OIA Global Acquires Indianapolis-Based Cargo Services Inc.

OIA Global has acquired Indianapolis-based Cargo Services Inc., which has been handling ocean and air freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing in the Midwest since 1992. That acquisition plugs three decades of regional customer relationships and Midwest logistics knowledge directly into OIA's international network.

For manufacturers who run material through Indianapolis freight lanes, whether importing components or moving finished product out, this deal could mean more capacity, more predictable customs clearance, and better outbound reliability.
